تزايدت أهمية عملية تقييم نظم استرجاع المعلومات التفاعلية في الوقت الحاضر بشکل کبير نتيجة الزيادة الهائلة في عدد هذه النظم والطلب عليها، مما دفع إلى وجود تنافس بينها لجذب المتصفحين والباحثين وغيرهم، ومن ثم يکون من الأهمية بضرورة التعرف على معايير التقييم التي قد يستخدمها المستخدم للحکم على هذه الأنظمة. وأصبح الترکيز اليوم على علاقة التفاعل بين المستخدم والنظام بشکل أساسي ومن هنا کان إختيار المدخل المعرفي لعلاقة المستخدم بالنظام لتطوير عدد من معايير تقييم نظم الاسترجاع التفاعلية وهي الاسترجاع والدقة والجهد والعرض والشکل واستخدامها لتقييم 10 من اشهر محرکات البحث وقواعد البيانات العلمية ومقارنتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تفاوت درجة التحقق لهذه المعايير سواء مقارنة ببعضها البعض أو على مستوى مختلف النظم.
Abstract
The evaluation of interactive information retrieval systems is becoming increasingly important as a result of the increase in the number of these systems and demands them, which leading to competition among them to attract visitors, researchers and others. It is therefore important to identify the evaluation criteria that the user may use to judge these systems. The focus today on the relationship between the interaction between the user and the system is basically the choice of the knowledge base of the user - system relationship, to develop a number of criteria for the evaluation of interactive retrieval systems namely retrieval, accuracy, effort, presentation and format to evaluate and compare 10 of the most famous scientific data baseand search engines. The study found that the degree of verification of these standards varies, whether compared to each other or at the level of different systems.
