مدى استخدام ادلة الأجهزة الكهربائية المنزلية فى مصر

تناولت الدراسة مدى استخدام ادلة الأجهزة الكهربائية المنزلية في مصر بهدف التعرف على استخدام تلك الأدلة وعلاقته بمتغيرات الدراسة المتمثلة في النوع والعمر المؤهل والاقامة وذلك تحت عدة محور رئيسية هي :الاتجاهات لقراءتها وأسبابها والأسباب التي تحول دون ذلك ، الاتجاهات اللغوية لقراءتها ، اتجاهات الثقة فيها وأسبابها ومداها والأسباب التي تحول دونها، مدى الاعتماد على معلوماتها وتنفيذها ومدى كفايتها ، مدى تأثير معلوماتها على السلوك القرائي ، الاتجاهات نحو الطباعة الجيدة لها ومدى تأثيرها على قراءتها ، واخيرا آراء ومقترحات للتغلب على معوقات الافادة منها. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع استخدام الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لتجميع البيانات، تم تصميمه اعتمادا على Google Form ووزع خلال الفترة من اكتوبر 2023 حتى نهاية مارس 2024 على جروبات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة وبلغ عدد المجيبين عليه 448 فردا. وكان من نتائج الدراسة: تعددت الاتجاهات نحو الحرص على قراءة أدلة الأجهزة الكهربائية المنزلية واحتلت المكانة الأولى للحرص التام على استخدامها وقراءتها بنسبة 48% مقابل عدم استخدامها بنسبة 7%. اختلفت اتجاهات الثقة فيها واحتلت الثقة الكاملة فيها المكانة الأولى بنسبة 68.3 %، والثقة فيها احيانا بنسبة 28.8 %، وأخيراً عدم الثقة فيها بنسبة 2.9 %. اختلف الاتجاه نحو الطباعة الجيدة للأدلة واحتل تأثير طباعة تلك الادلة على قراءتها المكانة الأولى بنسبة 57.6 %، وعدم تأثير طباعتها على ذلك بنسبة 46.86 %. وكان من أهم توصيات الدراسة إصدار تشريع مسرى يلزم مستورد ومصنع وموزع الاجهزة الكهربائية المنزلية بإرفاق دليل متكامل مع كل جهاز لما له من أهمية لا تقل عن أهمية الجهاز نفسه، وتفعيل دور وزارة الصناعة –شعبة الاجهزة المنزلية- في الرقابة على المعلومات المرفقة بكل الادلة بما يجعلها مصدراً موثقا عن الجهاز التي ترفق معه، ووضع أسس لإعلانات الشركات سواء في الصحافة أو التليفزيون أو الإذاعة بما يضمن وصول القدر المناسب من المعلومات للجمهور.
The study addressed the extent of the use of home electrical appliances manuals in Egypt with the aim of identifying the use of these manuals and its relationship with the study variables of gender, age, qualification and residence under several main axes, namely: Attitudes to reading them, reasons and reasons that prevent them, linguistic attitudes to reading them, attitudes of trust in them, reasons, extent and reasons that prevent them, the extent of reliance on their information, their implementation and adequacy, the extent of the impact of their information on reading behavior, attitudes towards good printing of them and their impact on reading them, and finally opinions and proposals to overcome the obstacles to benefit from them. The study relied on the descriptive-analytical method with the use of a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection, which was designed based on Google Form and distributed during the period from October 2023 until the end of March 2024 on various social media groups and the number of respondents reached 448 individuals. The results of the study were: Attitudes towards the keenness to read the manuals of household electrical appliances varied and occupied the first place for full keenness to use and read it by 48% compared to not using it by 7%. The trends of trust in them differed and full trust in them occupied the first place with 68.3%, trusting them sometimes with 28.8%, and finally not trusting them with 2.9%. The trend towards good printing of evidence differed and the impact of printing these guides on reading them ranked first with 57.6%, and the lack of impact of printing them on this by 46.86%. Among the most important recommendations of the study was the issuance of Egyptian legislation that obliges the importer, manufacturer and distributor of household electrical appliances to attach an integrated manual with each device because it is as important as the device itself, and activating the role of the Ministry of Industry - Home Appliances Division - in monitoring the information attached to all manuals to make it a reliable source of information about the device that is attached to it, and establishing bases for company advertisements, whether in the press, television or radio to ensure that the appropriate amount of information reaches the public.
