إطلالة على الاتجاهات البحثية لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في استرجاع المعلومات: مراجعة علمية لأدب الموضوع

   هدفت الدراسة إلى رصد أهم ما وصل إليه الإنتاج الفكري العربي والأجنبي حول موضوع الاتجاهات البحثية لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في استرجاع المعلومات، وذلك بسبب الطفرة التكنولوجية في السنوات الأخيرة وظهور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل متزايد، واتبعت الدراسة أسلوب المراجعة العلمية لعرض الإنتاج الفكري وتوثيقه، والتعرف على أحدث تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في استرجاع المعلومات، والدمج بين نتائج الدراسات السابقة، وتلخيص هذه النتائج ومقارنتها ببعضها البعض، واستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية في هذا التلخيص لإجراء التحليلات الببليومترية للدراسات السابقة، وذلك عن طريق تجميع الإنتاج الفكري في الموضوع، مع عمل التحليل الموضوعي والزمني والنوعي واللغوي لهذه الدراسات، للتعرف على النتائج العامة أو المشتركة التي توصلت إليها، وللتوصل إلى الوضع الراهن لتطور الموضوع في أي مرحله من مراحله، وخلصت نتائج هذه الدراسة النمو المتزايد للذكاء الاصطناعي في جميع المجالات، ومنها مجال المكتبات والمعلومات. كما أحدث الذكاء الاصطناعي طفرة علمية وبحثية في المكتبات ومؤسسات المعلومات، مما زاد من تحسين خدماتها ودقة عمليات البحث والاسترجاع وغيرها.
 
Abstract:
The study aimed at monitoring the most important achievements of Arab and foreign intellectual production on the subject of research trends for artificial intelligence applications in information retrieval. This is due to the technological boom in recent years and the increasing emergence of artificial intelligence applications. The study followed the scientific review method to present and document intellectual production, identify the latest applications of artificial intelligence in information retrieval, integrate the results of previous studies, summarize and compare these results with each other, and use statistical methods in this summary to conduct bibliometric analyses of previous studies, by collecting intellectual production on the subject and analyzing thematic, temporal, qualitative and linguistic analysis of these studies, to identify the general or common results they reached, and to reach the current status of the development of the subject at any stage of its stages. The results of this study concluded the increasing growth of artificial intelligence in all fields, including the field of libraries and information. Artificial intelligence has also caused a scientific and research boom in libraries and information institutions, which has increased the improvement of their services and the accuracy of search and retrieval operations, etc.
